I started my endurance sports journey as an average runner who had barely any swimming ability and had never ridden a road bike before. Five years later, I have raced a handful of triathlons and become a USA Triathlon Level 1 Coach and NASM Personal Trainer so I can help you become an endurance athlete!
Endurance sports helped me become a better friend, father, husband. I've attained the best fitness in my life and I want you to experience all these benefits! Creating equity in the sport is very important to me, which is why I seek out women, people of color and financially challenged individuals
